The Village Steakhouse is set in the heart of East Kilbride’s historic conservation village complete with cobble stones and 18th century church. Situated upstairs, our tastefully decorated restaurant creates a comfortable yet stylish ambience.
In today’s world of junk food and ‘meals to go’ we pride ourselves in being a restaurant that keeps faith with ‘cooked to order’ cuisine using only fresh top quality local produce, prepared with great care and enthusiasm.
We offer a range of cuisine at very affordable prices however our steaks simply cannot go without a mention. We use only the best cuts of beef from locally farm-reared cattle and guarantee that our beef is hung for 28 days to ensure succulence.

But don’t just take our word for it, Tam Cowan said when he visited ;

“The three cuts of beef delivered to our table - one plain fillet and two surf’n’turf efforts topped with (peeled) king prawns - were truly excellent and, without a word of a lie, this is the standard I would expect from my three favourite Las Vegas steakhouses - Gallagher’s, Smith & Wollensky and Ruth’s Chris”

“The Village Steakhouse provides the perfect balance - a high standard of taste and presentation combined with excellent value for money”.
